The Genealogy Room at the Wilderness Trail Museum is open every Tuesday morning from 9:00 to Noon. Researchers will be available to assist you with your ancestry search. Included in our extensive library are local family trees donated by researchers. A list of those trees can be viewed by clicking here.
The links below provide information about families who have immigrated to this area.

We also have access to many online genealogy tools including subscriptions to the following:
  • Ancestry.com Library Edition (access to global family trees, not just US)
  • Newspapers.com (access to mentions of individuals or families in newspapers from across the country and the world)
  • Findmypast.com (access to Catholic Church records, including St. Michael and other local area Catholic churches)

Our library also contains thousands of funeral/memorial cards. We are always happy to accept donations of family trees and memorial cards.

We will be happy to help you with your research but are unable to respond to e-mail requests. Stop by any Tuesday morning or call us at 937-710-5932 to schedule an appointment.
